Announcing the Retirement of Dr. Mark Bernstien and Dr. Robert Milstein
Dr. Mark Bernstien and Dr. Robert Milstein, the founding members of Dallas Obstetrics and Gynecology PA, recently announced their retirement, which was effective May 1, 2019.
“We became OBGYN specialists for one reason: to help our patients through every stage of their lives. Whether they were expecting a child, having their first OBGYN appointment or entering menopause, we wanted to provide the highest level of compassionate care. For more than 40 years, we have delivered thousands of your children and have managed your medical and surgical needs,” they stated in a letter to all their patients.
“It has been an honor and a rare privilege to be your physicians. In the process, we have forged important friendships, and we will deeply miss this daily interaction with our patients,” they continued.
Each physician at Dallas Obstetrics and Gynecology PA was carefully selected by Dr. Bernstien and Dr. Milstein because they shared the same medical ethics, highest standard of care and uncompromising dedication to patients. These physicians are Dr. Camille Clark, Dr. Kelli Culpepper and Dr. Quynh Chi Dinh.
Recently, the practice welcomed a talented new associate, Dr. Grace Mooken.

All patient medical records remain confidential and cannot be shared with anyone without specific written permission. While we would welcome the opportunity to continue your care, upon request, we will give you a copy of your medical records, transfer a copy to another physician, or send a copy to anyone you designate. Please remember that due to patient privacy laws, we must receive your written permission before transferring these records.
