Regarding the COVID-19 vaccine in pregnancy, we know this is a difficult decision. We along with ALL major pregnancy and health organizations in the US recommend the vaccine. Our own pregnant Dr. Mooken has been vaccinated in pregnancy and encourages you to do the same. Recent studies show that pregnant women who acquire Covid are 22 times more likely to die than non-pregnant women. These women and their babies are very vulnerable and need to be protected with vaccination.
